Хроническая трансплантационная нефропатия: механизмы развития и факторы прогрессирования (Обзор литературы)

Аннотация: Клинические и морфологические проявления хронической трансплантационной нефропатии Несмотря на успехи, достигнутые в трансплантологии за последние годы, хроническое отторжение трансплантата, все чаще именуемое хронической трансплантационной нефропатией (ХТН), остается серьезной проблемой, значительно влияющей на отдаленные результаты пересадки почки. На сегодняшний день большинство авторов понимает под этой патологией прогрессирующий нефросклероз, который клинически проявляется неуклонным снижением функции с исходом в терминальную хроническую почечную недостаточность (ХПН) при отсутствии других возможных причин
