Использование плазмафереза для коррекции реперфузионной травмы при пересадке почки

Аннотация: Для профилактики реперфузионной травмы у 32 пациентов в течение первых 4 часов после реперфузии почечного аллотрансплантата был проведен сеанс плазмафереза. Оценивались частота отсроченной функции трансплантата, актуариальная выживаемость трансплантатов и пациентов, а также удельный прирост креатинина (мкмоль/л/сут). Полученные результаты сравнивались с двумя контрольными группами: 32 пациента, оперированных до начала исследования, и 31 пациент, оперированный после завершения исследования. Продемонстрировано существенное уменьшение доли трансплантатов с отсроченной функцией и улучшение отдаленных результатов в группе больных, получивших плазмаферез.
