Гемодиафильтрация в лечении терминальной стадии почечной недостаточности (Обзор литературы)

Аннотация: Обзор литературы, посвященной гемодиафильтрации. Рассматривается история вопроса, преимущества ГДФ, виды ГДФ. Обсуждаются основные черты частичного фильтрационного диализа, или диализа с частичной конвекционной добавкой, биофильтрации, безацетатной биофильтрации, ГДФ со стандартными замещающими растворами, High-flux ГДФ, гемодиафильтрация push-pull, ГДФ on-line. Хотя статистически не доказано, что ГДФ улучшает выживаемость больных, она, несомненно, увеличивает выведение средних молекул (β2-микроглобулин), позволяет лучше контролировать анемию при снижении дозы эритропоэтина и способствует большей гемодинамической стабильности пациентов в процессе проведения процедур.
