Клиническая эпидемиология кардиоваскулярных нарушений при хронической почечной недостаточности (Обзор литературы)

Аннотация: Благодаря исследованиям последних лет были уточнены этиологические факторы и раскрыты многие тонкие патогенетические механизмы возникновения и прогрессирования заболеваний почек. Это способствовало внедрению в клиническую практику современных методов лечения как начальных, так и конечных стадий различных нефропатий. В то же время было отмечено изменение структуры летальности нефрологических больных, что поставило перед современной нефрологией новые задачи.
