Гемодиализ: «сухой вес»; история концепции

Аннотация: Введение В серии публикаций, посвященных истории научных и персональных достижений, уместно отдать должное истории такой важной концепции как «сухой вес» в условиях длительного диализа. В 1923 году Haas отметил, что с помощью диализа можно удалять жидкость из организма пациента. Двадцать лет спустя Kolff впервые применил в клинике искусственную почку [1], а Alwall создал первый диализатор со специальным устройством для ультрафильтрации [2]. Таким образом был открыт путь к длительной терапии гемодиализом, действительно начавшийся в Сиеттле в 1960 г.
