Поражение почек при туберозном склерозе: хромофобный рак, множественные кисты почки и почечная недостаточность у молодого пациента

Аннотация: В статье описан хромофобный рак почки и множественные почечные кисты у пациента молодого возраста с туберозным склерозом при отсутствии характерных для данного заболевания поражений центральной нервной системы и других органов. Обсуждаются ключевые симптомы, варианты поражения почек и перспективы лечения туберозного склероза.
