Поражения почек при лимфоплазмоцитарных заболеваниях (обзор литературы и клинические наблюдения)

Аннотация: В статье представлен обзор литературы по вопросам патогенеза и клинико-морфологических характеристик различных вариантов почечной патологии при злокачественных заболеваниях лимфоидной ткани и плазмоклеточных дискразиях. Приведено 11 случаев с описанием клинико-иммунологических данных и морфологическими иллюстрациями: поражения почек при множественной миеломе, первичном амилоидозе, болезни отложения тяжелых цепей, хроническом В-клеточном лимфолейкозе, В-клеточной лимфоме, болезни Ходжкина. Описан также редкий случай пролиферативного гломерулонефрита с моноклональными депозитами иммуноглобулина A. Представлен анализ клинических и морфологических вариантов поражений почек у 120 больных с лимфоплазмоцитарными заболеваниями, наблюдавшихся в нефрологическом отделении городской клинической больницы имени С.П. Боткина в период с 1994 по 2008 гг.
