Субъективные показатели физического здоровья связанные с выживаемостью больных на гемодиализе

Аннотация: Проведен ретроспективный анализ выживаемости 125 больных, получавших лечение гемодиализом (ГД). Исходной временной точкой считалось проведение исследования качества жизни по методике SF-36 в сочетании с регистрацией клинико-демографических параметров. Оценивалась прогностическая значимость этих показателей в отношении выживаемости. Группа умерших больных (n = 46) исходно отличалась достоверно более низким уровнем показателей качества жизни. Установлено, что показатель физического функционирования и суммарный индекс физического здоровья, базирующиеся на самооценке больного, являются важными независимыми предикторами выживаемости ГД пациентов наряду со средним объемом ультрафильтрации, кальций-фосфатным произведением, средним уровнем альбумина. Показатели психического здоровья обследованной группы больных с выживаемостью связаны не были.
