Аннотация: Сахарный диабет (СД) как причина терминальной хронической почечной недостаточности (ХПН) наиболее существенно снижает продолжительность жизни пациентов в сравнении с другими заболеваниями. В то же время, преимущество трансплантации почки у больных СД 1 типа с терминальной ХПН по сравнению с другими видами заместительной почечной терапии очевидно
