Контраст-индуцированная нефропатия: патогенез, факторы риска, стратегия профилактики (Часть I)

Аннотация: В течение последних 30 лет значительно увеличилось применение рентгеноконтрастных средств (РКС) при проведении урографии, ангиографии, компьютерной томографии и операционных процедур. Ежегодно в мире используется около 60 миллионов доз РКС, но, несмотря на использование более новых и менее нефротоксичных препаратов, риск контраст-индуцированной нефропатии (КИН) остается значительным, особенно среди пациентов с предшествующим нарушением функции почек. Контраст-нефропатия является серьезной причиной острого поражения почек и представляет собой актуальную проблему в клинической практике. До настоящего времени остаются противоречия в понимании многих аспектов КИН. В настоящем обзоре обсуждаются взгляды на проблему патогенеза, факторы риска и достижения в профилактике КИН.
