Вирусные инфекции и трансплантация почки (Обзор литературы, часть II)

Аннотация: В настоящее время известно несколько вирусов гепатита (A, B, C, D, E, G и др.), и число открытых вирусов продолжает расти. Однако в клинической трансплантологии наибольшее значение имеют 2 вируса: вирус гепатита B (HBV) и вирус гепатита C (HCV). В нашей стране распространенность вирусных гепатитов среди пациентов диализных центров и реципиентов почечного трансплантата достаточно высока [2, 3].
