Приведено 11 случаев с описанием клинико-иммунологических данных и морфологическими иллюстрациями: поражения почек при множественной миеломе, первичном амилоидозе, болезни отложения тяжелых цепей, хроническом В-клеточном лимфолейкозе, В-клеточной лимфоме, болезни Ходжкина. Описан также редкий случай пролиферативного гломерулонефрита с моноклональными депозитами иммуноглобулина A. Представлен анализ клинических и морфологических вариантов поражений почек у 120 больных с лимфоплазмоцитарными заболеваниями, наблюдавшихся в нефрологическом отделении городской клинической больницы имени С.П. Боткина в период с 1994 по 2008 гг.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review concerns pathogenetic mechanisms and clinical and morphological characteristics of different types of kidney involvement in malignant diseases of lymphoid tissue and plasma cell dyscrasias. We present 11 cases which illustrate kidney damage in multiple myeloma, primary amyloidosis, heavy chain deposition disesase, B-cells chronic lymphocytic leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and a rare case of proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal IgA deposition.
