Обеспечение долговременного программного гемодиализа невозможно без создания долговременного постоянного сосудистого доступа. Было проведено исследование влияния анатомического уровня формирования артериовенозных фистул на их выживаемость у пациентов, страдающих сахарным диабетом, с целью определения оптимальной хирургической тактики у данной группы пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Patients who require long-term hemodialysis need long-term vascular access. An eight year retrospective review was undertaken to evaluate the patency rates of arteriovenous fistulae in patients with diabetes mellitus.
