Показано существенное снижение уровня серотонина в тромбоцитах и повышение в бедной тромбоцитами плазме по сравнению с контролем. В плазме пациентов уровень 5-гидроксииндолуксусной кислоты многократно превосходил таковой в контроле. В результате диализа концентрации серотонина и его метаболита в бедной плазме снижались. При этом норадреналин и адреналин значимо не менялись. В группе гемодиализа обнаружена корреляция величин серотонина и катехоламинов, а также отсутствие корреляций между уровнями серотонина в плазме и тромбоцитах. Обсуждаются возможные клинические проявления наблюдавшихся при почечной недостаточности и диализе изменений моноаминов крови. Работа поддержана грантом РФФИ 08-04-00951.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Concentrations of serotonin and its metabolite, 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), were determined using HPLC with ED in platelets and plasma of patients with CRF on program haemodialysis (HD) and in control group. Plasma adrenalin and noradrenalin levels were also determined. A significant decrease in platelet serotonin and an increase in serotonin and 5-HIAA levels in platelet free plasma were found in HD patients compared to control. Dialysis procedures decreased plasma levels of serotonin and 5-HIAA, but did not change platelet serotonin or plasma catecholamines. A correlation between serotonin and catecholamine values was found in HD patients, but not between plasma and platelet serotonin. Possible clinical manifestations of observed changes in blood monoamines are discussed.
