ФСГС является первой причиной нефротического синдрома (НС) у взрослых [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit32">32</xref>] и первой причиной стероид-резистентного НС (СРНС) у детей. В последние десятилетия отмечается рост частоты ФСГС по всему миру.
