Для изучения состояние комплекса про- и противовоспалительных цитокинов у детей первых месяцев жизни с инфекцией мочевой системы обследовано 80 детей в возрасте от 1 до 6 месяцев. По степени выраженности анатомо-функциональных нарушений почек и мочевых путей больные были распределены в 2 группы: с ИМС без нарушений уродинамики и с ИМС и нарушениями уродинамики (гидронефроз, пузырно-мочеточниковый рефлюкс). Комплекс лабораторных исследований включал количественное определение в моче ИЛ-6, ИЛ-10 и ФНО-a иммуноферментным методом. Для стандартизации результатов рассчитывалось соотношение медиаторов воспаления к уровню креатинина в разовых утренних порциях мочи. Выявлены существенные изменения комплекса медиаторов воспаления в зависимости от выраженности воспалительного процесса в мочевой системе и наличия уродинамических расстройств.

In order to reveal the role of cytokines in renal tissue damage in infants with urinary tract infection (UTI) 80 patients aged from 1 to 6 months were examined. Two groups of patients were determined: 1) with UTI and normal urodynamics, 2) with UTI and urodynamic disorders (VUR, hydronephrosis). In all of them urine concentration of tumor necrosis factor-a, interleukin-6 and -10 standardized to urinary creatinine concentrations were evaluated. As a result significant changes of cytokines were found dependent on UTI activity and urodynamic abnormalities.
