Приводимое наблюдение иллюстрирует возможность одновременного развития тромбоза нижней полой, обеих почечных и левой общей подвздошной вен и ишемического инсульта у молодого пациента с ГГц и нефротическим вариантом хронического гломерулонефрита (ХГН).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Inherited hyperhomocysteinemia in most cases results from a mutation in gene MTHFR C677T. It is a risk factor of both arterial and venous thromboses.
