Патогенный эффект может реализовываться несколькими путями: увеличением концентрации молекул моноклонального иммуноглобулина, изменением их физико-химических свойств, или же сочетанием этих факторов одновременно. Термином «плазмоцитарная дискразия» принято обозначать любое нарушение функции плазматических клеток, сопровождающееся, как правило, продукцией аномальных по количеству и качеству иммуноглобулинов или их компонентов [3, 7]. Для такого патологического белка - моноклонального иммуноглобулина - применяется термин «парапротеин».
