Под расслаивающей аневризмой аорты (РАА) понимают внезапное образование дефекта внутренней оболочки ее стенки с последующим проникновением крови в дегенеративно измененный средний слой, с образованием внутристеночной гематомы и продольным расслоением стенки аорты преимущественно в дистальном или (реже) в проксимальном направлениях. Среди аневризм аорты расслаивающие составляют от 6 до 20%
