Больные были распределены на 2 группы - с первичным и вторичным ПМР. Установлена взаимосвязь уровня белков в моче с наличием рефлюкс-нефропатии, выраженностью ПМР. Не выявлено взаимосвязи уровня экскреции белков с мочой и наличия аномалии ОМС, инфекции ОМС (в анамнезе), двухстороннего ПМР. Наиболее высокочувствительным тестом для диагностики рефлюкс-нефропатии оказалось определение уровня микроальбуминурии. Для рефлюкс-нефропатии характерно повышение уровня микроальбумина в моче более 19,1 мг/л. Таким образом, использование определения уровня белков в моче, особенно микроальбумина, высокоинформативно для ранней диагностики рефлюкс-нефропатии с целью своевременного проведения корригирующих мероприятий и снижения формирования хронической почечной недостаточности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In 60 children from 3 month to 14 years old with bladder-ureteral reflux (BUR) the level of some proteins (microalbumin, retinol-connecting protein, myoglobin) in urine was determined. The patients were divided into 2 groups: with primary and secondary BUR.
