Обследовано 169 пациентов с синдромом острой почечной недостаточности (ОПН), лечившихся гемодиализом. По исходу заболевания выделены 2 группы больных: выжившие (n = 82) и невыжившие (n = 87). Рассмотрена встречаемость факторов, способных влиять на исход в каждой группе. Прогностически неблагоприятными факторами явились: шок и сепсис в этиологии ОПН, ОПН в рамках полиорганной недостаточности. Возраст, пол, преморбидный фон, уровень азотемии не влияли на выживаемость. Предикторами благоприятного исхода явились изолированная ОПН, неолигурическая ОПН, ОПН вследствие нефротоксичного воздействия веществ и обструкции мочевыводящих путей.

In the present study 169 patients with acute renal failure (ARF) on hemodialysis, were examined. The groups of survived (n = 82) and non-survived (n = 87) patients were analysed. Factors which could influence on the outcome in each grouр were examined. The prognostic unfavourable factors were: shock, sepsis in the etiology of ARF, ARF in multiple organ failure. Age, gender, premorbid condition and level of azotemia did not influence the outcome of ARF. Predictors of the favourable outcome werе: isolated ARF, ARF without oliguria, ARF resulting from renal toxicity and obstruction of the urinary tract.
