Мы провели оценку 12-месячного курса лечения мофетила микофенолатом у 6 детей со стероидзависимым и у 6 детей со стероидрезистентным нефротическим синдромом. Лечение оказалось эффективным в отношении снижения протеинурии у всех (за исключением одного) пациентов со стероидрезистентным нефротическим синдромом и в отношении уменьшения поддерживающей дозы преднизолона у всех больных со стероидзависимым нефротическим синдромом. Такой побочный эффект, как повышение печеночных трансаминаз, наблюдался только у одного больного.

We evaluated a 12-month course of mycophenolate mofetil in 6 children with steroid-dependent and 6 children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. The treatment was effective in reducing of proteinuria in all patients except one with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome and in decreasing of maintenance dose of prednisolone in all patients with steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome. The increasing of liver enzymes as an adverse effect was observed only in 1 patient.
