Несколько десятилетий назад считали, что достаточно просто сохранить жизнь больному. Сегодня мы все осознаем, что наши усилия могут оказаться ничего не стоящими, если жизнь больного не будет полноценной и значимой. Это касается не только пациентов, находящихся на почечной заместительной терапии, но также больных в преддиализной фазе.
