Meltzer и соавт. [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit19">19</xref>]. В последующие годы были опубликованы лишь отдельные наблюдения различных клинико-морфологических вариантов поражения почек при смешанной криоглобулинемии (СКГ). По классификации J.L. Вrouet 1974 года, которая не утратила своего значения и теперь, смешанные криоглобулины (КГ) состоят из иммуноглобулинов разных классов, чаще IgG и IgM со свойствами ревматоидного фактора (РФ) - моноклонального IgMκ (II тип) и поликлонального IgM (III тип).
