Рассматривается история вопроса, преимущества ГДФ, виды ГДФ. Обсуждаются основные черты частичного фильтрационного диализа, или диализа с частичной конвекционной добавкой, биофильтрации, безацетатной биофильтрации, ГДФ со стандартными замещающими растворами, High-flux ГДФ, гемодиафильтрация push-pull, ГДФ on-line. Хотя статистически не доказано, что ГДФ улучшает выживаемость больных, она, несомненно, увеличивает выведение средних молекул (β2-микроглобулин), позволяет лучше контролировать анемию при снижении дозы эритропоэтина и способствует большей гемодинамической стабильности пациентов в процессе проведения процедур.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review of publication about the hemodiafiltration which includes the history of the hemodiafiltration, types of HDF and their advantages is presented. The general features of paired filtration dialysis (PFD), biofiltration, acetate free biofiltration, ready made substituat HDF, high-flux HDF, push-pull HDF, on-line HDF are discussed.
