В этом номере журнала "Нефрология и Диализ" мы представляем вниманию читательской аудитории подбор ку материалов, посвященных различным аспектам ведения беременности у пациенток с ХБП. Эта подборка - продолжение темы Всемирного Дня Почки 2018, который был посвящен проблеме заболеваний почек у женщин. Предгравидарное консультирование и ведение беременности у женщин с ХБП представ- ляют собой междисциплинарную проблему, и специалисты-нефрологи, наряду с акушерами, призваны играть ключевую роль как в подготовке пациенток с заболеваниями почек к беременности, так и в обеспе чении ее успешного завершения. Авторы публикуемых в номере статей - признанные специалисты, неодно кратно продемонстрировавшие на практике эффективность сотрудничества между нефрологами и акуше рами- гинекологами. Публикуемые статьи, посвященные проблемам инфекции мочевых путей, анемии и мине- рально-костным нарушениям у беременных с ХБП, несомненно привлекут интерес читателей и расширят представления практикующих нефрологов о приобретающей все большую актуальность проблеме репро- дуктивного здоровья наших пациенток.
Here we present a set of materials tackling the most important aspects of pregnancy management in women with CKD. Three articles, publicized in this issue of "Nephrology and Dilaysis" journal, follow the theme of WKD 2018 campaign "Kidneys and Women's health". Preconception counseling and pregnancy management in women with CKD represent a multidisciplinary problem, and nephrologists, as well as obstetricians, should play a leading role, defi ning both preconception measures and treatment strategies during pregnancy to ensure better outcomes. The authors of presented articles are recognized experts, successfully demonstrated in the real practice high effi cacy of cooperation between nephrologists and obstetricians. Their papers cover such important issues as urinary tract infections, anemia, and mineral-bone disorders in pregnant women with CKD. We strongly hope that these materials will meet the demands of the audience and become an important source of knowledge in the fi eld of reproductive health of women with kidney diseases, which actually raise growing interest worldwide
