Долгосрочный прогноз при пузырно-мочеточниковом рефлюксе (ПМР), осложненном хроническим пиелонефритом, определяется сохранностью функционального состояния почек и уровнем системного артериального давления (АД). Нарушение почечных функций и развитие артериальной гипертензии являются следствием повреждения почечной ткани, определяемого как сморщивание (scarring).
