Представлен клинический случай возникновения интраренальной артериовенозной фистулы (ИРАВФ) у ребенка с острой почечной недостаточностью на фоне тромботической тромбоцитопенической пурпуры. ИРАВФ возникла после пункционной биопсии почки, выполненной с диагностической целью на 38 сутки течения заболевания. Постпункционный период осложнился развитием параренальной гематомы и тяжелой артериальной гипертензии, возможной причиной которой явилась ИРАВФ. Данное осложнение диагностической пункционной биопсии почки является достаточно редким и для диагностики требует проведения допплеровского исследования ренальной гемодинамики (РГ). В наблюдении продемонстрированы эхографические признаки ИРАВФ при дуплексном допплеровском сканировании и особенности спектральных характеристик кровотока при допплерографии. Изучена эхографическая динамика данного состояния и проведены клинико-эхографические параллели.

A cause of development of an intrarenal arteriovenous fistula (IRAVE) in a child with acute renal failure, trombotic trombocyitopenic purpurae is presented. IRAVF was developed after a renal biopsy in a 38 day of disease. After a renal biopsy a pararenal haematoma and severe arterial hypertension were presents. This complication of renal biopsy is rare enough and a doppler ultrasound examination is need for it diagnosis. Principles of an estimation of renal blood flow in case of IRAVF were determined. The ultrasound dynamics was studied and clinical-ultrasound parallels were presents.
