Введение Первая успешная беременность, завершившаяся родами, была описана у 35-летней диализной больной в 1971 г. Confortini и соавт. [1]. С тех пор мы смогли выявить 120 случаев зачатия, имевших место у больных в терминальной стадии почечной недостаточности (ТПН), опубликованных в литературе. За последние почти 30 лет частота зачатия у диализных больных увеличилась, улучшились исходы таких беременностей и выработалось всеобщее представление об этом сложном клиническом состоянии. Мы представляем случай успешного совместного с другими специалистами ведения беременности у больной, получавшей гемодиализ в нашем центре. Кроме того, мы предлагаем практические рекомендации по ведению таких беременностей, основанные на тщательном обзоре литературы. Наш литературный поиск идентифицировал 120 случаев беременности (публикации между 1971 и 1998 гг.), встретившихся у диализных больных, что позволило нам сравнить эту группу с ранее опубликованными данными. * Публикуется по разрешению Oxford University Press ** Перевод С.В.
