Представлен случай заболевания СКВ в сочетании с хроническим гепатитом С и вторичным серорезистентным сифилисом, отражающий трудности дифференциальной диагностики системных проявлений этих заболеваний и выбора тактики лечения. Общая продолжительность лечения и наблюдения составила 1,5 года. На фоне проводимой массивной иммуносупрессивной терапии достигнута полная клинико-лабораторная ремиссия СКВ без признаков активизации вирусной и трепонемной инфекций.
