Эффективность ИАПФ у больных с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) была изучена в семи контролированных рандомизированных исследованиях. Они показали, что эти препараты у таких больных значимо влияют на летальность. Действие ИАПФ усиливало любое благоприятное воздействие, опосредованное через снижение АД, и оно было максимальным у пациентов с наиболее тяжелой ХСН. * Перевод A.P. Багдасарян
