Введение Классификация васкулитов традиционно является предметом дискуссии. Тем не менее ряд предложенных классификаций получил широкое распространение [1], и недавно на конференции в Chapel Hill [2] был достигнут консенсус. Принятая там классификация в общем рассматривается как вполне приемлемая с клинической и гистологической точек зрения. Однако исключения из правила все еще остаются, и иногда васкулиты имеют атипичные или частично совпадающие (пересекающиеся) проявления. В настоящем сообщении мы описываем три таких случая.
