Но в то же время это выдвинуло на первый план проблему их качества жизни (КЖ) [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit5">5</xref>]. Задачей современной нефрологии становится приближение параметров КЖ пациентов с ХПН, получающих ЗТ, к таковой в популяции здоровых лиц. В последние годы термин «качество жизни» широко используется в мире. Рост интереса к этой проблеме является показателем стремления к развитию целостного взгляда на человека. Являясь первоначально социологическим понятием, термин КЖ в настоящее время нашел употребление в медицине.
