Результаты. Методами многофакторного анализа выявлены следующие значимые предикторы результатов АТП, связанные с состоянием пациента до операции (р&lt;0,05). Для жизни пациента: гемоглобин, альбумин, АЛТ, холестерин, курение. Для РАТ: гемоглобин, альбумин, курение. Для развития хронической трансплантационной нефропатии: курение, гемоглобин, АЛТ, индекс коморбидности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study, materials and methods are described in the first part of the article.
