Основное внимание уделяется выбору продуктов с низким соотношением фосфата к белку (Pi/P, мг/г), роли пищевых добавок и лекарственного уменьшения абсорбции фосфата в желудочно-кишечном тракте.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the review the capacity of dietary control of hyperphosphatemia in patients with CKD on dialysis and at predialysis stages of nephropathy are discussed.
