Диалитравма как результат негативных побочных эффектов заместительной почечной терапии может существенно нивелировать ее преимущества. В литературном обзоре изложены основные отрицательные эффекты постоянной заместительной почечной терапии, как со стороны мембранного массопереноса, так и со стороны экстракорпорального контура. Освещены основные вопросы профилактики и лечения разнообразных видов диалитравмы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, continuous renal replacement therapy is widely used method for the treatment of acute kidney injury. Dialytrauma caused by negative side effects of continuous renal replacement therapy can significantly counteract its advantages. The main side effects of continuous renal replacement therapy both from the membrane mass transfer and from the extracorporeal circuit are reviewed.
