Данное исследование проведено с целью установления факторов, влияющих на жесткость артерий у больных, находящихся на гемодиализе и у реципиентов почечного трансплантата. Обследовано 75 больных с терминальной стадией хронической почечной недостаточности (ТХПН) (42 мужчины и 33 женщины, средний возраст 49±14 лет), получающих заместительную почечную терапию (ЗПТ) - из них 58 находились на программном гемодиализе, 17 имели функционирующий почечный трансплантат. Для оценки жесткости артерий использовался показатель скорости пульсовой волны (СПВ), рассчитанный по контурному анализу периферической пульсовой волны. При проведении корреляционного анализа в группе диализных пациентов выявлено, что данный показатель находится в отрицательной связи средней силы с индексом массы тела (ИМТ) (rs=-0,31, р=0,02). В группе реципиентов почечного трансплантата корреляционный анализ показал существенную связь СПВ с возрастом больных (rs=0,65; р=0,005) и уровнем общего холестерина (rs=0,51; р=0,04). У больных с ТХПН, находящихся на программном гемодиализе, отмечается увеличение показателя жесткости артерий после сеанса диализа, что связано с объемом ультрафильтрации и является дополнительным фактором кардиоваскулярного риска у данной категории пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor. The present research was performed in order to determine the factors influencing arterial stiffness in patients on hemodialysis and kidney transplant recipients. We examined 75 patients with ESRD (42 males and 33 females, age 49 ± 14 years) receiving renal replacement therapy (RRT), 58 of them were on hemodialysis, 17 had a functioning kidney transplant. The pulse wave velocity index (PWV) was used to assess arterial stiffness. It was calculated according to the contour of the peripheral pulse wave analysis. Correlation analysis in the group of dialysis patients revealed that PWV has negative correlation of medium strength with BMI (rs=-0.31, p=0.02). In the group of kidney transplant recipients correlation analysis showed that PWV correlated with the age of patients (rs=0.65; p=0.005) and the total cholesterol level (rs= 0.51; p= 0.04).
