Выполненный анализ впервые позволяет провести предварительную оценку выявляемости, структуры ОПП, доступности, исходов лечения и объемов применения методов ЗПТ в общероссийских масштабах на основании данных по 10886 пациентам, поступивших в Российский регистр заместительной почечной терапии. В статье также приведены сведения об эпидемиологии и методах профилактики ОПП по данным международной литературы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The data for the medical care of acute kidney injury (AKI) in Russian Federation from year 2008 to 2012 are summarized. Essential estimates for the AKI incidence and accessibility, as well as for the etiology, outcomes, and treatment modalities usage for the 10,886 patients accounted in the Russian registry of renal replacement therapy were revealed.
