Число пациентов в терминальной стадии ХПН постоянно увеличивается, и больные на заместительной почечной терапии, включая гемодиализ, перитонеальный диализ и после трансплантации почки, будут составлять все больший сегмент населения, нуждающийся в стоматологической помощи. Вследствие ХПН и ее лечения происходит множество изменений зубов и тканей полости рта, которые сохраняются даже в терминальной стадии. Почечная заместительная терапия может влиять на состояние периодонтальных тканей, включая гингивальную гиперплазию при иммуносупрессии после трансплантации почки, увеличение микробной контаминации, воспаление десен, отложение зубных камней и возможное увеличение распространенности и тяжести деструктивных процессов периодонта. Кроме того, недиагностированный периодонтит может оказывать существенные эффекты на терапию пациентов с ХПН в терминальной стадии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review is devoted to organ and tissue changes of the oral cavity at the chronic renal insufficiency (CRI). The number of patients at the end-stage of CRI constantly increases and the patients receiving renal replacement therapy including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis or renal transplantation will comprise an enlarging segment of the dental patient population. Owing to CRI and its treatment there is a set of changes of teeth and oral cavity fabrics which remain even in an end-stage. Renal replacement therapy can affect periodontal tissues including gingival hyperplasia in immune suppressed renal transplantation patients and increased levels of bacterial contamination, gingival inflammation, formation of calculus, and possibly increased prevalence and severity of destructive periodontal diseases.
