Трансплантация почки у больных раковым поражением почек является спорной. В статье приведены данные о результатах трансплантации почки при различных видах опухолевого поражения собственных почек. Ретроспективно проанализировали 7 историй болезни пациентов с первичными опухолями почек. Представлено также клиническое наблюдение развития опухоли собственной почки у больного после трансплантации. Обсуждаются вопросы временного фактора трансплантации почки после удаления опухоли у реципиента.

Renal transplantation in recipients with own kidney cancer is disputable. In this article the results of kidney transplantation in 7 patients with primary kidney tumor are observed. Clinical case of tumor development is also presented. Questions of the time factor of transplantation of a kidney after removal of a tumor are discussed as well.
