Целью исследования явилось установление уровня, структуры и динамики заболеваемости нефротическим синдромом (НС) у детей Воронежской области на основе созданного регионального регистра больных. В структуру регистра включены дети, постоянно проживающие в Воронежской области, с дебютом НС до 10 лет с длительностью катамнестического наблюдения от 2 до 15 лет. За изучаемый 15-летний период (1992–2006 гг.) дебют НС диагностирован у 90 детей. Медиана хронологического возраста в дебюте НС составила 3,25 лет, заболеваемость НС – 2,5 (1,8; 3,1) случая на 100 000 детского населения. Среди анализируемых больных было 54 мальчика и 36 девочек, с установленной заболеваемостью 3,1/100 000 и 2,1/100 000 соответственно. Статистически значимых различий заболеваемости в зависимости от пола не выявлено. Установлена заболеваемость гормоно-чувствительным НС – 2,0/100 000, гормоно-резистентным НС – 0,3/100 000, часто-рецидивирующего НС – 0,6/100 000, нечасто-рецидивирующего и гормонозависимого НС – 0,6/100 000, нечасто-рецидивирующего НС – 0,6/100 000. Выявлена отрицательная корреляционная связь между уровнем динамики заболеваемости гормоночувствительным НС и гормонорезистентным НС (r = –0,533, p = 0,041). Таким образом, уровень заболеваемости в Воронежском регионе соответствует среднему уровню показателя, установленного в других исследованиях, выполненных преимущественно в зарубежных странах. Региональный регистр больных обеспечивает получение более полноценной информации для расчета эпидемиологических показателей.

The aim of this study was to determine the incidence of nephrotic syndrome (NS) in children according to data of a regional register. A retrospective study was undertaken to describe demographic of all 90 children (54 boys and 36 girls) under 10 years diagnosed with NS in Voronezh region (Russia) over a 15-year period. The mean age of the onset was 3,25 years. The annual incidence of NS was 2,5 (1,8; 3,1) children per 100 000. The incidence of steroid sensitive NS was 2,0/100 000, of steroid resistant NS – 0,3/100 000, frequently relapsing and steroid dependent NS – 0,6/100 000, infrequently relapsing NS – 0,6/100 000. A negative correlation was found between the time courses of the incidence of steroid sensitive NS and of steroid resistant NS (r = –0,533, p = 0,041). The incidence of children with NS in Voronezh region of Russia is similar to overseas studies. The data of regional registry provide a more accurate picture of the epidemiology of NS.
