В статье изложены материалы, опубликованные международной рабочей группой, изучавшей место циклоспорина в «терапевтическом арсенале» при лечении идиопатического нефротического синдрома, разработавшей унифицированный и интегрированный подход к использованию циклоспорина при основных гистологических вариантах идиопатического гломерулонефрита с нефротическим синдромом, и принципы мониторирования побочных эффектов препарата. Приводятся также данные о клинических исследованиях по лечению волчаночного нефрита и обзора, посвященного опыту применения и месту циклоспорина в лечении волчаночного нефрита, и рекомендациям по его использованию при пролиферативном и мембранозном волчаночном нефрите.

We present the materials published by an international workshop, which examined how cyclosporine fits into the “therapeutic armamentarium” in idiopathic nephrotic syndrome. A unified and integrated approach for the use of cyclosporine in the most common histologic variants of idiopathic nephrotic syndrome and provided recommendations for monitoring of potential side effects is also described. We also present the data from reviews, devoted to the immunosuppressive regimens and the use of cyclosporine in SLE, treatment of lupus nephritis with cyclosporine and recommendations concerning the use of cyclosporine in proliferative and membranous lupus nephritis.
