Современные подходы к иммунопрофилактике инфекций у пациентов с заболеваниями почек (Обзор литературы)

Аннотация: Исторически сложилось так, что нефрологи осторожны и консервативны в решении вопроса о проведении профилактических прививок детям с хронической почечной патологией, поскольку опасаются возможности ухудшения течения заболевания или запуска реакции отторжения трансплантата у реципиентов [1, 2]. Поэтому таким детям профилактические прививки либо вообще не проводились, либо курс иммунизации не был завершен, и они оказались незащищенными от управляемых инфекций. Известно, что хронические заболевания усугубляют тяжесть течения инфекции и способствуют развитию осложнений, что повышает значение профилактических мероприятий у этого контингента детей [3, 4].
