Apoptosis In Mecanisms Of Kidney Diseases

Abstract

Апоптоз, чаще называемый программированной смертью клетки, является энергетически активным, генетически контролируемым процессом, который избавляет организм от ненужных или поврежденных клеток [1]. Этот процесс впервые описан в 1972 г. Kerr под названием «программированная клеточная гибель» [22]. Происхождение самого термина относится к 1993 г., когда Greek предложил его в соответствии со смысловой ассоциацией со словом «листопад» [20].
