Инфекция мочевой системы у детей (Обзор литературы)

Аннотация: Согласно классификации МКБ-10 под инфекцией мочевой системы (ИМС) следует подразумевать воспалительный процесс в мочевой системе без специального указания на этиологию и локализацию. Это понятие объединяет инфекцию мочевыводящих путей и пиелонефрит, представляющий собой неспецифическое, острое или хроническое микробное воспаление в интерстиции и чашечно-лоханочной системе почек с вовлечением в патологический процесс канальцев, кровеносных и лимфатических сосудов.
