Трансплантация почки от живого родственного донора

В первой части статьи рассмотрены современные представления о пересадке почек от живого донора, приведены данные о соотношении количества пересадок от живых и трупных доноров в различных странах. Во второй части статьи приводятся первые практические результаты по программе пересадки почки от живых родственных доноров в НИИ трансплантологии и искусственных органов МЗ РФ, демонстрирующие эффективность метода для лечения больных с терминальной стадией хронической почечной недостаточности.
