Аннотация

Клинические практические рекомендации KDIGO («Инициативы по Улучшению Глобальных Исходов Заболеваний Почек») 2025 по ведению иммуноглобулин A нефропатии (IgA-Н) и иммуноглобулин A васкулита (IgA-В) представляют целенаправленное обновление Главы 2 Клинических практических рекомендаций KDIGO по ведению гломерулярных заболеваний 2021, посвященной иммуноглобулин A нефропатии (IgA-Н) / иммуноглобулин A васкулиту (IgA-В). Их основная цель – помочь врачам, оказывающим помощь лицам с IgA-Н или IgA-В. В ходе подготовки нового варианта были учтены результаты рандомизированных контролируемых исследований, опубликованных с апреля 2023 года, с обновлением в августе 2024 года. Как и в 2021 году, рекомендации представляют руководство по диагностике, оценке прогноза, лечению и действиям в особых ситуациях. Будучи основано на новой доказательной базе, это обновление преимущественно сфокусировано на рекомендациях, относящихся к IgA-Н. Разработка этих рекомендаций стала результатом детального анализа и оценки доказательной базы. Подходы к лечению и рекомендации основаны на систематическом обзоре релевантных исследований и оценке убедительности доказательной базы и силы рекомендаций по системе “Оценки, разработки и оценивания рекомендаций” (GRADE). В рекомендациях обсуждаются ограничения доказательной базы, а также представлены направления будущих исследований.
