Кальцификация клапанов сердца у больных с терминальной хронической почечной недостаточностью

Аннотация: Обследовано 132 пациента с терминальной хронической почечной недостаточностью. Установлено, что у диализных больных с высокой частотой возникает кальцификация клапанов сердца. Предикторами развития кальцификации клапанов являлись возраст больных и длительность преддиализной артериальной гипертензии. Кальцификация митрального клапана была связана с гиперфосфатемией, увеличением произведения концентраций Са*Р и продолжительность гемодиализа. В развитии кальцификации аортального клапана наибольшее значение имели возраст, продолжительность предшествующей артериальной гипертензии и сохраняющаяся систолическая артериальная гипертензия, но не абсолютный уровень АД. Кальцификация митрального клапана и обоих клапанов сердца наиболее часто сочетаются с нарушениями сердечного ритма, а кальцификация аортального клапана с кальцификацией периферических сосудов и ишемической болезнью сердца.
