Роль циклоспорина в лечении волчаночного нефрита (Обзор литературы и два наблюдения)

Аннотация: Поражение почек является одним из наиболее частых и серьезных проявлений системной красной волчанки (СКВ), преобладающим вариантом является волчаночный нефрит (ВН), который выявляется у 25-50% больных уже к моменту установки диагноза. В целом частота ВН достигает у взрослых пациентов 60-70%, а гистологические изменения обнаруживается у 90% больных
