Микофенолата мофетил в терапии гломерулопатий у детей
Аннотация
Проведена оценка терапии микофенолата мофетилом у 20 детей (8 - с гормон-зависимым и гормон-резистентным нефротическим синдромом, 5 - с хроническим гломерулонефритом нефритического типа, 6 - с нефритом Шенлейн-Геноха и 1 - с люпус-нефритом). Лечение оказалось наиболее эффективным у больных с гормон-зависимым нефротическим синдромом, также достигнута частичная ремиссия у большей части больных с хроническим нефритическим синдромом и с нефритом Шенлейн-Геноха.
